By using amuse-bouche you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
amuse-bouche is a way to share your favorite bites of life with a small, trusted circle. You follow up to twelve people whose latest muses show up in your feed, and you share your own muse — a song today, with places and film & TV planned. Your latest muse stays in the feed until you post a new one, and every muse is kept in your collection. The app uses Apple MusicKit for song search and Firebase for authentication, data storage, and notifications.
You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu, which permanently removes all your data.
You agree not to use amuse-bouche to harass, abuse, or spam other users. You agree not to attempt to access other users' private data, interfere with the service, or use automated tools to scrape content. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
amuse-bouche has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You may not post, share, or send content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. You may not impersonate other users or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these standards, without notice.
Reporting. You can report objectionable content using the report option available on every muse and every user profile. Reports are reviewed and acted on promptly.
Blocking. You can block any user at any time from their profile. Blocking immediately prevents them from seeing your content and removes them from your experience.
Song metadata (titles, artists, artwork) is provided by Apple MusicKit and belongs to the respective rights holders. You do not gain any ownership of music content through the app. Your muses and profile information are your data — you can delete them at any time.
Film & TV metadata and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB, and film/TV content belongs to the respective rights holders.
We aim to keep amuse-bouche available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
amuse-bouche is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when terms change.
